Leadership Team

Non-Executive Director

Oluwatoyin Esther Kode is the co-founder of STEM Prep Tutoring, a K–12 tutoring center in Lanham, Maryland. The center focuses on providing affordable academic support and tech skills training for students in Prince George’s County.

As a visionary entrepreneur and strong advocate for education, Oluwatoyin has spent the past five years leading programs that prepare students for a tech-driven future. She is passionate about empowering minority African American communities, especially those facing economic challenges and limited access to educational resources.

To support this mission, Oluwatoyin launched STEM Boot Camps—intensive programs designed for high school juniors and seniors. These camps offer hands-on training in computer programming and 3D animation, helping students gain both the technical skills and confidence needed to pursue careers in the digital economy.

Her broader goal through STEM Prep Tutoring is to make sure that every student, no matter their background, receives the academic support they need to thrive. She continues working to close achievement gaps and give all students a strong foundation for success.
