STEM Prep Tutoring was founded in 2020 by Oluwatoyin Kode in Landover, Prince George’s County, with a clear mission: to provide affordable, high-quality tutoring and academic mentoring for students who are struggling—or at risk of falling behind. The goal is to give children in underserved and minority communities the opportunity to strengthen their Math and English Language Arts (ELA) skills and compete academically with students from top school districts across the United States and even affluent communities abroad. Many of our students go on to gain admission into Ivy League and R1 universities and colleges in the U.S.
